So this year, I pledged to myself that I have to buy a winter coat that is out of my comfort zone.
To buy something trendy or a cape or anything that can make a statement.
Some model that I don't already own.
And I tell you...you guys should do it as well....!!!
Before I moved to the SF Bay area, I was living in Florida and never needed a jacket nevertheless, a fancy one. I was happy hardly wearing even a cardigan and living in flip flops.
So while shopping for a jacket , I would always choose a regular black jacket. My thought process was....black goes with everything....easy to maintain...light colors might get dirty....blah blah blah...
Then the change occurred. Working in SF downtown, I had to carry a jacket/coat all round the year. The weather in the city is so not predictable. And realized how boring the black jacket was. I do own a north face black jacket which I love, but then you know...
So...listen to me...this fall step out of you comfort zone and check out the new trends.
